02What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include localStorage (browser storage) and pixels (invisible requests to an advertising platform that transmit data about your page view).

Under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC and Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., storing or reading information on your device requires your prior consent. The only exception is technology strictly necessary to provide the service you explicitly requested.

03Register of technologies actually used on this website

The list below is exhaustive for what is genuinely present in the site code. No analytics tooling (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta CAPI, Hotjar, Clarity and the like) is used; fonts and libraries are hosted on our own domain and do not call third-party CDNs.

There is deliberately no “Analytics” category in the settings: no analytics tool is installed on this site. If one is added, the version of this policy will change and your consent will be requested again.

04What data Meta receives

If you have allowed the Marketing category, the Meta Pixel transmits to Meta on page view: the IP address of your connection, browser data (User-Agent), the page URL and referring URL, the event time, our pixel identifier, and the values of the _fbp and _fbc cookies.

Only the standard PageView event is sent. The contact form is not connected to Meta: what you type into the form is not transmitted to Meta. There is no server-side event transmission (Meta Conversions API) in this project.

05Transfers outside the EEA

Our counterparty is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland, EU). Meta may transfer data to companies in its group, including Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. Meta states that such transfers rely on Chapter V GDPR mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA); its servers handle requests to the site and form submissions. Form messages are delivered through the Telegram messenger. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

06Managing and withdrawing consent

The banner appears on your first visit. Before you choose, no optional technology runs.
The “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page opens a dialog with per-category switches — consent can also be withdrawn there.
Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent: one switch and a save button.
After withdrawal we stop further requests to Meta, call fbq('consent','revoke'), delete the accessible _fbp and _fbc cookies and reload the page so the script no longer runs.
You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

07How long your decision lasts

Your decision is valid for 6 months, after which we ask again. If the list of technologies, their purposes or the version of this policy changes, the earlier decision becomes invalid and the banner reappears sooner.
