The controller of your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is:

02Scope of this policy

This policy covers the website trafficpro.agency and describes only processing that genuinely takes place: data from the contact form, technical visit data and — with your consent — Meta advertising technology.

03Data you submit through the form

The form on the site sends us the following fields (some are optional — you fill them in at your discretion):

• name;
• phone number with country code;
• an additional contact: Telegram or e-mail;
• a convenient time to call;
• the selected service area;
• a description of your business and of the task, in your own words;
• the country and city you select in the form;
• the interface language and the site section the enquiry was sent from.

Purpose: to contact you and prepare an initial plan and estimate, i.e. to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Legal basis — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for correspondence beyond contract preparation, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Completing the form is voluntary, but without a name and a contact we cannot reply. Please do not put special categories of data (health, political opinions and similar) into the free-text field — we do not need them.

04Who receives form data

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) — website hosting and the serverless function that receives enquiries; acts as a processor.
• Telegram — the messenger the form message is delivered to so that we see the enquiry.

Data is not sold and is not passed to third parties for their own marketing.

05Technical visit data

Like any web server, our hosting processes technical request data (IP address, time, page URL, User-Agent) to deliver the page and for security and abuse prevention. Legal basis — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating the site securely).

06Advertising technology (consent only)

With your consent the site loads the Meta Pixel. Before consent the script is not loaded, no events are sent and the _fbp and _fbc cookies are not created. The full register, durations and recipients are in the Cookie Policy.

For the processing Meta carries out for its own purposes, Meta acts as an independent or joint controller and its own terms and privacy policy apply.

07Retention

• form enquiries — for the duration of our communication and a reasonable period afterwards for possible cooperation and defence against claims;
• your cookie consent record — 6 months, in your browser;
• Meta cookies — durations are given in the Cookie Policy;
• server technical logs — retention is determined by the hosting provider.

08Your rights

• access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR);
• rectification (Art. 16);
• erasure (Art. 17);
• restriction of processing (Art. 18);
• data portability (Art. 20);
• objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21);
• withdrawal of consent at any time (Art. 7(3)) — without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing and do not carry out profiling with legal effects for you.

The current version is always published on this page. If changes concern the list of technologies or the purposes of processing, we will ask for your consent again.
